Integrations

Connecting integrations

Connect Stripe, kitchen displays, SMS, email, accounting, AI, and your own domain — all under one settings page.

How integrations work

Go to Settings → Integrations. Each card shows a service, whether it's connected, and a quick detail (like the connected email address). Click a card to set it up.

One important principle: every business connects its own accounts. Your Stripe account, your Twilio number, your email domain, your API keys. Payments and messages flow through accounts you own and control — Anywhere POS never sits between you and your money.

Stripe — payments and payouts

Stripe powers card payments everywhere: kiosk, QR, online, and counter. Open the Stripe card and complete the onboarding to connect your account. Once connected:

  • Card payments settle into your Stripe balance and pay out to your bank on Stripe's schedule.
  • Membership billing and refunds run through the same account.

Stripe Terminal readers

Physical card readers for the counter are managed under Settings → Payments, where you register readers and assign them to locations. Each POS device then picks its default reader. See Payments and till.

FreshKDS — kitchen displays

Connect the FreshKDS card with your FreshKDS account and paid orders are pushed to your kitchen screens automatically. Once connected, monitor delivery health under your location's settings (KDS health).

Twilio — SMS

Connect your Twilio account on the SMS card to text receipts and notifications from your own number. You'll need your Twilio credentials and a sending number.

Email — Resend or Gmail

The Email card offers two ways to send receipts, booking confirmations, and member emails:

  • Resend — send from your own domain (e.g. hello@mycafe.com). The deliverability panel checks your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records so your emails land in inboxes, not spam.
  • Gmail — sign in with a Google account and send from it directly. Simplest for small operations.

Xero — accounting export

Xero doesn't need a connection — the End of day and Accounting (P&L) reports produce Xero-ready CSV files you import. Map your account codes once under Settings → Accounting. See Reports.

OpenRouter — AI features

The AI assistants (theming, settings help, product import, analytics chat) run on OpenRouter using your own API key. Connect it on the OpenRouter card, pick a default model, and set a spend cap so costs can never run away. An audit log records every AI action.

Custom domain

Serve your online ordering from your own web address (e.g. order.mycafe.com). Enter the domain on the Custom domain card, add the DNS record shown at your domain provider, and verify. See Building apps.

API keys and webhooks

For developers and third-party add-ons, the API & Webhooks card lets you:

  • Create API keys scoped to exactly the permissions an integration needs (e.g. read-only orders).
  • Register webhooks so your systems are notified the moment events happen (an order is created, a booking is made).

Coming soon

Uber Eats and DoorDash menu sync are on the roadmap — their cards show as coming soon.
